Inside Sales Development Specialists (Redwood Shores, CA and London, UK)

Role Description:

GreenRoad, the leader in driving performance and safety management for fleets, is looking for Sales Development Specialists to join this high-achieving sales organization. The Sales Development Specialists will work closely with the Enterprise Account Executives to identify and qualify new opportunities and close business in the Mid-Market. Positions are based in our Redwood Shores and London offices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Follow up on all inbound leads in an assigned region with the goal of qualifying each lead. Make outbound calls and emails to identify qualified and unqualified leads.
  • Follow the prescribed criteria to determine if a lead is qualified. Pass leads to a Mid-Market or Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Exceed quarterly targets for passing qualified leads to EAEs.
  • Exceed the weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for contacting leads.
  • Develop a pipeline through identification of target accounts and follow up on marketing programs. Maintain a pipeline that supports quarterly bookings objectives.
  • Engage appropriate GreenRoad resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners.
  • Daily update of Salesforce.com with accurate customer and pipeline data.
  • Maintain consistent, realistic, accurate forecasting.

Required Experience and Skills:

Requirements include a college degree, two to five years’ experience in a sales development role with a technology company and the talent and desire to move to the next role in Sales. Candidates need to have experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office. These are full-time positions in Redwood Shores, California and London, UK. No relocation offered.
