Iron Mountain Appoints Speed Guru
John Firth is stepping up to the plate as Iron Mountain UK’s new ‘Speed Guru’. In his new role as part of the compliance team John will take responsibility for monitoring all the Speed By Speed Zone exceptions created by the GreenRoad’s driver performance and safety management system.
John comments, “We have previously had a lot of success in reducing the number of speeding events, using GreenRoad we can see exactly when and where exceptions have occurred, target repeat offenders and closely monitor performance across the business and individual business units.”
Rory Morgan comments,” We recognize that reducing speeding is one of the cornerstones of road safety”.
John will have a tough year ahead of him, Iron Mountain have targeted a further 50% reduction in the number of speeding events over the next 12 months.
