Mind-Set Versus Skill-Set
A recent survey by ALD suggested that 70% of fleet drivers believe they could reduce their fuel consumption if they were financially incentivised to do so. Here at GreenRoad our experience of dealing with drivers from a wide variety of industries back this up. When looking at changing behaviour this leads us to two important conclusions…

Zero Score Drivers at Balfour Beatty Wave the Banner for Zero Harm
When we recently announced the 2012 Fleet Elite drivers we highlighted Balfour Beatty as it boasts three of the 19 perfect GreenRoad drivers in the UK. In fact this one company accounts for 24% of all UK drivers with a safety score of zero or one and has 151 Fleet Elite drivers across its fleet of 2,800 drivers.

23 EYMS Drivers Recognised as “Best on the Road”
23 bus and coach drivers employed by Hull-based East Yorkshire Motor Services have recently achieved 2012 membership of the national “GreenRoad Fleet Elite” programme which attempts to recognise the best fleet drivers on the road.
Fleet Elite status is awarded to drivers who maintain a GreenRoad safety score of five or less for the full calendar year. In 2012 less than 5% of drivers covered by the GreenRoad system globally achieved this top Fleet Elite status. Continue reading
NAFA Webinar Focuses on The Connected Fleet
