Part-Time Supply Chain Coordinator

Department:  Supply Chain 

Responsibilities:

  • Inputting and maintaining accurate records of orders in our ERP system.
  • Assisting with order follow-up activities and communicating with internal teams.
  • Supporting the coordination of order activities and providing updates to stakeholders.
  • We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual who is a fast learner and capable of working independently.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills; ERP experience a plus.
  • Previous admin experience or supply chain knowledge is a bonus.
  • Ability to work part-time hours.

 

Approximately 4 hours per day, between 4-5 days a week, with the option to work from home.
