Sales Development Representative (SDR)


  • Sourcing and developing prospects and target leads to build our sales opportunity pipeline: carrying out research; creating strategies for generating interest and engaging prospects; carrying out cold-call-based and digital outreach activities
  • Qualifying potential sales clients: first engagement with the customer – exploring and qualifying, establishing a positive first impression and interest with prospective clients via LinkedIn, emails and/or other relevant channels
  • Conducting sales follow-up activities and maintaining prospect relationships, with a focus on ensuring excellent customer experience and satisfaction
  • Developing expertise regarding our products and features: gaining the knowledge required to function as a “consultant” to clients who can demonstrate how GreenRoad solutions are differentiated, answer and explain – how this can solve their pain points and deliver value
  • Documenting your activities: accurately logging, tracking, and maintaining your outreach records using Salesforce and other tools
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and performance goals


  • Excellent sales relationship and communication: ability to listen deeply and to write and speak clearly
  • Ability to work across geographies, cultures and time zones

  • English fluency as a pre-requisite (written and verbal), and other languages, an advantage
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as an SDR in a technology company (ideally B2B SW)
  • High computer proficiency: experienced using standard tools (such as: Microsoft apps, web browsers, CRM-Salesforce, and LinkedIn) and easily learns new ones
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
