Customer Best Practice Day: Even the Best Don’t Stop Learning

Yesterday GreenRoad brought together a number of customers at a Customer Best Practice Day in Central London. Led by Chris Deakin, GreenRoad Account Manager, the day gave customers the opportunity to share best practices, not just about using GreenRoad, but also covering other fleet initiatives that help reduce the level of fleet risk. The day was attended by representatives from Northern Gas Networks, Kerry Fresh, Bunzl Retail, Bunzl Catering and Iron Mountain.

In the morning customers heard from Iron Mountain and Bunzl Catering about how they have significantly reduced risk in their fleets. After lunch, Zurich presented their view on the insurance market and how telematics contributes to the bigger picture. The day was rounded off with GreenRoad presenting its roadmap for 2014.

Chris Deakin comments, ”We soon realized that even the most experienced GreenRoad customer can still keep learning new tips and techniques to work with drivers to ensure they maximize their return on their GreenRoad investment. The day was very well received by all.

“In fact the day was so productive I am now planning the next event for later in the year,” added Deakin.
