Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously iterate and improve product functionality and user experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field – must
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management in a B2B or B2BTC company – must. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into product requirements and actionable plans. Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset.
- A background in psychology or behavioral science will be considered a significant plus.
