REDWOOD CITY, CA – September 13, 2011 — GreenRoad, a leader in driving performance and safety management, today announced a new open integration platform designed to help customers maximize the value of their GreenRoad generated data and automate management of their fleet information in the GreenRoad system. The new GreenRoad open integration platform delivers a set of Internet standards- based interfaces to enable integration of GreenRoad data and capabilities with customers’ internal enterprise safety, productivity and fleet management systems as well as fleet vendor and mobile resource management (MRM) solutions.
Live Data Delivery Interface: This web services interface delivers streaming GPS data collected by GreenRoad in-vehicle devices to customer or partner systems. This enables customers to further leverage their GreenRoad investment by using GreenRoad-generated data to power their choice of 3rd party fleet / MRM applications without the need to install additional hardware or pay for additional wireless data costs. Fleet Administration Automation Interfaces: This set of web services interfaces enables automated management of vehicle, user and organizational information in GreenRoad. This allows customers to automatically synchronize GreenRoad with master data sources such as a fleet management application or an HR application where this information is stored and managed.
Behavioral Insight Interfaces: Delivered through common file transfer reports, this data reflects driver safety scores, event, trip insights and event insights that can be integrated with driver risk profile risk management and business intelligence systems.

Live GPS data collected by the GreenRoad in-vehicle system is delivered to the DP&C application enabling customers to streamline their ERP system. Job status is now enabled by GPS location and Geofence technology, facilitating time and exception management. Operations have been streamlined to minimize data input, replace paper, fax and phone communication; optimizing delivery, customer service, and vendor management.
